Saunders & Associates provided acoustical consulting services to address noise from the adjacent I-35 roadway, light rail, and commuter rail. Services also included review of floor partitions to meet impact isolation class requirements and design of a floating floor to minimize disturbances to residents immediately beneath the fitness center.
